Physical Therapist – PACS Skyline Heights Schedule This position offers a day shift with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at PACS Skyline Heights. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans for patients to improve their physical function and quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families about treatment, home exercises, and injury prevention. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapist license and have relevant experience in a clinical setting.
