Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Registered Nurse Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience. Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is preferred. This role requires a currently active California RN license. Responsibilities The registered nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Specific duties include: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring patient progress and vital signs Documenting patient care activities in the system Developing and implementing individualized care plans Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Active California RN License Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) preferred Schedule This is a day shift position, guaranteed for 36 hours per week over a period of approximately 13 weeks.
