This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Purchase Ledger experience who is confident managing high volumes of invoices, supplier accounts and payment runs. You’ll join a supportive finance team and play a key role in ensuring the Purchase Ledger function runs accurately and efficiently. Purchase Ledger Responsibilities Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes Coding and posting invoices onto the finance system Completing supplier statement reconciliations Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries Liaising with suppliers regarding outstanding queries Managing supplier inboxes and ensuring queries are dealt with promptly Processing credit notes and supplier adjustments Supporting month-end Purchase Ledger processes Ensuring supplier accounts and records are kept accurate and up to date Purchase Ledger Experience Required Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role Experience working within a busy, high-volume finance environment Strong supplier reconciliation experience Experience processing invoices and payment runs Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines Why Should You Apply?
