JOB SUMMARY The Football Activation Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Football Activation & Partnerships Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of football-related activations and partnership activities. The position ensures that all match-day activations are delivered efficiently, branding standards are maintained across venues, and operational excellence is achieved at all stadiums.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Basic knowledge of the Beer market and environment. Support the Football Activation & Partnerships Manager in coordinating and implementing all football activation activities. Assign and coordinate Match Delegates for football matches and activation events. Prepare comprehensive match deployment plans and ensure all stakeholders receive the necessary information in a timely manner.

Monitor activation readiness and logistical requirements before, during, and after match days. Follow-up on match reports, activation reports, and delegate feedback, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Ensure all branding and sponsorship assets are correctly installed and maintained according to approved standards. Conduct stadium monitoring visits and provide reports on execution quality, compliance, and areas for improvement.

Liaise with stadium management, football clubs, delegates, and activation teams to ensure smooth event execution. Track activation performance and provide recommendations to improve fan engagement and brand visibility. Maintain records of football activations, deployment schedules, reports, and operational documentation. Support the implementation of sponsorship and partnership obligations during football events.

Assist in resolving operational challenges encountered during activations and match-day events. KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, sports marketing, activations, or partnership management. Experience working within football, sports organizations, or event environments is an added advantage.

Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards. Strong reporting and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to travel and work on weekends, evenings, and match days when required.
