Qualified Nursing Specialist HF/FH, Part-time and Full-time (a) No night shifts What you will achieve with us Independent execution of complex and specialised nursing assignments at our clients' homes Professional wound and pain management according to current nursing standards Co-responsibility for the planning, evaluation and documentation of the nursing process Time to care for and support our clients individually and undisturbed Advice and support for relatives as well as other persons involved in the nursing process Participation in quality assurance and further development of nursing processes What you bring with you Basic training as a nursing specialist HF/FH Independent assessment of nursing situations Appreciative communication - good IT user skills Willingness to be on the move by bicycle WITH US, THE PERSON COUNTS!
