As an organisation, our staff are committed to Our Values: Learning to Improve, Caring, Inclusive, Collaborative – which drive everything we do.   About the role The Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Team has an exciting opportunity for an interim position as a Quality Assurance Officer to undertake auditing and quality assurance activity, in line with the Quality Assurance framework within Barnet Family Services.

Through auditing and building strong relationships with practitioners and managers, adopting an appreciative enquiry approach, you will be responsible for driving practice improvement across the Family Services system.   Please   click here  to download the Job description for this role. (Right-click and select “Open in new tab” so you can keep the job description open while completing your application)   About you You will be a qualified Social Worker, with at least five years’ post qualifying experience in a statutory social work setting with children and families and some management experience.

The post holder will have excellent communication and report writing skills, and a well-developed knowledge base of the components for outstanding social work practice.
