Expert in the manufacture and packaging of dairy products as well as in the production, maturing and processing of cheeses and the production of plant-based products, Elsa Group brings together several networked sites. What you accomplish Be the reference person for the site HACCP system and ensure its deployment in accordance with regulatory requirements and current standards Coordinate the HACCP team and ensure the updating of studies, documents and associated risk analyses Lead the validations and verifications of CCPs and oPRPs in collaboration with the various site departments Participate in the risk assessment related to new products, renovations and industrial trials Contribute to the continuous improvement of Food Safety by proposing and implementing appropriate actions Ensure monitoring of raw material, hygiene and environmental surveillance programmes, as well as analysis of results and trends Provide support to the site quality activities (HACCP, management of non-conformities and complaints, batch release, field rounds) Design and deliver training related to hygiene, Food Safety and HACCP requirements Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects within the Quality Assurance department What you bring Education: Completed initial or continuing training Specialisation: Food engineer or food technician Professional experience: Solid knowledge of quality and food safety standards (IFS Food, GMP, HACCP) Proficiency in common IT tools Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills Person who is rigorous, organised, autonomous and comfortable managing multiple priorities Ability to unite different stakeholders around Food Safety issues and to deliver training French (B1) German (ADVANTAGEOUS) English (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Work in good health: Health promotion (health day, vaccines, massages) / Attractive offers for fitness centres Maternity/paternity leave: 18 weeks maternity leave / 4 weeks paternity leave Social benefits: Significant discounts with insurance / Pension fund: 2/3 employer contributions Catering: Daily menu at 6.-, "Green Fork" menu Cumulus points: Additional points for employees Migros Bank: Preferential rates for investment accounts, private accounts, and mortgage loans Holidays: 5 weeks holiday Migros Club School: Partial reimbursement of training or leisure activities Leisure and culture offers: Various sports and leisure offers Only online applications submitted via the portal will be considered.
