You’ll be: 	 Performing rigorous visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections of raw materials, semi-finished components, and final surgical instrument kits to ensure products meet exact specifications 	 Verifying and completing regulated documentation, including Device History Records (DHR), lot/traveler records, and inspection logs for traceability 	 Initiating Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and assisting engineering teams in product containment and disposition 	 Using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, advanced metrology equipment) and interpreting technical engineering blueprints and GD&T data 	 Conducting periodic inventory cycle counts and random spot checks within the quality inspection area to maintain data integrity This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) 	 Bring prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing sector such as medical devices, aerospace, or automotive (preferred) 	 Are familiar with FDA/ISO compliance standards (preferred) What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
