You have a technical basic education and have added something in quality management You have already been involved in quality in a manufacturing company for a few years – preferably in the food or life sciences sector, but not a must Complaints are no bogeyman for you and you know quality standards not just by hearsay Quality is non-negotiable for you, you work in a structured and reliable way, and IT systems are your friend (SAP skills?

You can express yourself in German and English like a professional – whether orally, in writing, internally or with external partners You are a communication talent with bite, who not only solves problems but also inspires teams, initiates change and ensures that improvements are not just on paper What are my benefits?
