Key Responsibilities Analyse collections portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of collections strategies and operational outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting packs, and performance metrics. Support collections strategy optimisation through data analysis and actionable recommendations. Assist with the implementation, testing, and monitoring of new collections initiatives and treatments.
Partner with collections and operational teams to improve recoveries and operational efficiencies. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical processes. Present findings and insights to key stakeholders to support decision-making. Job Experience and Skills Required Qualifications: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: Experience within a Quantitative Analytics, Collections Analytics, Credit Risk Analytics, or Retail Banking Analytics environment. Previous exposure to collections strategy monitoring, reporting, and performance optimisation. Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations. Skills: Advanced Excel skills. Strong SQL skills. Experience with SAS, Python, R, or similar analytical tools would be advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Non-Negotiable Requirements: Collections analytics experience. Strong quantitative and analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and make data-driven recommendations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
