Quantity Surveyor The purpose of this role is to manage and oversee the financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, adherence to budgets, and compliance with contractual obligations. The role plays a vital part in the successful execution of projects by providing detailed cost estimates, managing contracts, and actively contributing to the financial control and decision-making processes.
•     Matric Certificate •     Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Btech in QS •     Min 5 - 10 years’ QS experience Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for electrical installations and materials.
Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor claims. Administer contracts and ensure compliance with relevant terms and conditions. Prepare progress valuations, variation orders, and final accounts. Support project teams with cost reporting, cash flow management, and profitability tracking. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on scope, cost, and timelines. Conduct site visits for measurement verification and cost assessments.
Support procurement planning and material cost optimization. Ensure accurate and timely project reporting and documentation. Management of Junior QS.
