Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to; Measurement & valuations. Applications for payment. Reconciling accounts. Dealing with sub-contract enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts. Good communication skills, contract administration and negotiation is desirable for this role.
Previous experience working for a Main Contractor is essential for this position. Desirable Experience: Minimum 5 years+ experience as a QS on Construction projects. Good negotiation skills and previous experience measurement. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying. Previous Roles: Quantity Surveyor OR Project QS OR Intermediate Quantity Surveyor OR Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or comparable.
