R&D Technologist

Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, temporary opportunity for an R&D Technologist in Midland, MI! Pay Range: $21-$28/hour, depending on relevant experience Shift:  Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm A 1 year assignment with possibility for annual extensions Key Responsibilities: 	 Prepare and generate samples for laboratory analysis 	 Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LC, GC, NMR, ion chromatography, and mass spectrometry instruments 	 Assist with equipment setup and takedown to facilitate smooth lab operations 	 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines 	 Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, analyses, and results 	 Provide flexible support to address urgent project needs as required Qualifications: 	 Associate degree in science required; an associate degree in another field with at least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience will be considered 	 Strong understanding of organic synthesis theory, chemical engineering principles, or analytical analysis 	 Hands-on laboratory skills and experience working with complex instrumentation preferred 	 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach 	 High level of initiative, project ownership, and accountability 	 Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in supporting the needs of the lab If you, or someone you know would like to be considered for this opportunity, please apply online today to discuss the next steps.
