Join a high-volume outpatient Radiation Oncology practice with an established referral base and the infrastructure to support your success. This employed opportunity is designed to minimize administrative burdens, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Billing, coding, collections, and administrative services are managed in-house, with comprehensive support from executive leadership, IT, HR, and legal teams. You'll become part of a highly productive practice serving a metropolitan area of more than 1.3 million residents, backed by a strong referral network and a well-established healthcare system. Position Highlights Full-time, employed Radiation Oncology opportunity 100% outpatient practice Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Physician-directed consult and treatment planning schedule No emergency room call Established referral base across a large metropolitan market Practice located within a 500-bed acute care hospital featuring: More than 200 active medical staff members Certified Chest Pain Center One of the busiest emergency departments in the region with more than 80,000 annual visits Qualifications MD or DO required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted medical license in the state of practice Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation with productivity bonus opportunities Paid vacation CME allowance and annual stipend Billing, coding, and collections managed in-house Comprehensive executive, administrative, IT, HR, and legal support Malpractice insurance provided Medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Deferred compensation program Relocation assistance Lifestyle Information: Live in a beautiful family-oriented environment Highly rated public and private schools Distinct neighborhoods with unique charm and character Known for strong hospitality, neighborliness, and local involvement.
