We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Radio Presenter Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Hosting Real Estate Shows: Presenting regular segments, podcasts, or live broadcasts about home buying, property investment, and interior trends.

Property Marketing: Describing and promoting specific listings, open houses, and new real estate developments with engaging, persuasive language. Interviewing Industry Experts: Speaking with real estate agents, property developers, mortgage brokers, and legal advisors to provide expert insights for listeners. Audience Engagement: Taking live phone calls, answering real estate questions from prospective buyers, and managing listener interactions on social media.

Content Creation & Research: Researching local housing market trends, property laws, and economic updates to write informative scripts for each broadcast. Brand Advocacy: Representing the real estate firm at public events, property expos, and charity or community roadshows. Salary N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
