Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist Location Tuba City, Arizona Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Nights – 4/10s, Monday through Thursday, 8 PM – 6 AM Job Description This position provides specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on an inpatient and outpatient basis. The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist is responsible for the technical operation of radiologic x-ray equipment and the processing of radiographic images in various areas including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Optometry/Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT).
Responsibilities Operate radiologic x-ray equipment for diagnostic imaging. Process and interpret radiographic images. Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to provide high-quality patient care. Maintain and manage imaging equipment and related technology. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have completed radiology training from an AMA approved school. At least 3 years of experience in the radiology field, with training in CT.
Expertise in operating teleradiology and fax equipment. Must possess a current valid Arizona State License in Radiology (R). Current ARRT Certification in Radiology, with advanced qualifications in CT Scan (RT)(CT). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Why ARMStaffing?
