CT Technologist Job Description We are seeking a skilled and certified CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary licensure and certifications, along with the experience required to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Responsibilities Perform computed tomography (CT) scans and X-ray imaging as directed. Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Maintain equipment and assist with quality assurance procedures. Document and maintain patient records accurately in the Cerner charting system. Participate in on-call rotations as necessary. Float to various departments and locations as needed. Qualifications Current California State License. BLS Certification. Certified CT Technologist (ARRT-CT). Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R). Fluoroscopy certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT and X-Ray Technician. Schedule This position requires 8-hour PM shifts with a start time of 15:30. Weekend coverage is required, and the candidate must be available to fulfill on-call duties as needed.
