CT Technologist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist for a backfill travel position. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in conducting CT scans, ensuring high-quality imaging, and providing excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform CT imaging procedures while adhering to standard operating protocols. Prepare and position patients for imaging exams.
Maintain and operate CT equipment and ensure proper functionality. Review and analyze images for technical quality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff. Document patient information and imaging results accurately. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging. Current certification as a CT Technologist.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to imaging. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in handling radiologic equipment and technology. Schedule This position is for Friday to Sunday, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Additional Information The facility features 340 beds and is equipped with modern technology to support patient care and imaging services.
