Experience: 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. Requirements: Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital.

Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience - Must have been continuously working in this specialty for the past 24 months, with no breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days. Shift & Scheduling - Schedule: Mon-Thu 730a-430p; Fri 730a-1pm. - No call. - Must work 2 major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. - Must work 1 minor holiday out of the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027.
