X-Ray Technician Location Auburn, NY Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day 3×12-Hour shifts (07:00 – 19:30), Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. Job Description We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician with at least one year of recent experience to join our Radiology Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures.
This role is focused on adult outpatient and acute care imaging, including bedside and portable imaging techniques. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as requested. Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. Utilize PACS systems for image management and documentation. Follow established protocols for infection control and isolation precautions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an X-Ray Technician. Active ARRT (R) certification. BLS certification (AHA).
