Flourish Education is recruiting for an RE Teacher for a temporary role in King’s Heath, Birmingham, starting Thursday 17th September and continuing until mid-November. This RS Specialist role will involve teaching across Key Stage 3, including one Year 10 class, within a secondary school setting. The role is offered on a part-time basis across a two-week timetable, providing a consistent teaching commitment throughout the placement.
Job Role • Deliver RS lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) • Teach one Year 10 class • Follow the school's existing timetable and lesson requirements • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff • Support pupils to engage positively with their learning • Work confidently as an RS Specialist within a Secondary School Required Skills and Experience for RE Teacher • RS Specialist, Religious Studies Teacher, Secondary Teacher, or Supply Teacher • Experience teaching Religious Studies • Experience working with secondary-aged pupils • Strong classroom management skills • Good subject knowledge in Religious Studies • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Our Promise To You!
