Your responsibilities will include: Advising on property acquisitions and disposals Managing leasing transactions and estate management matters Drafting and reviewing property documentation, including leases and licences Liaising with clients, counterparties and professional advisers Managing files effectively from instruction through to completion Developing lasting client relationships About you This role would suit a Property Solicitor who: Has 4+ years’ PQE in commercial and/or residential property Is comfortable managing a varied caseload Has hands-on experience with transactional property work Has good organisational and drafting skills Communicates clearly and confidently with clients Takes a practical, commercially minded approach Works well both independently and as part of a team The environment You’ll join a growing Glasgow-based team within a firm known for its collaborative culture, high standards of client service and structured approach to career development.
