Real Estate Associate | West Midlands | Hybrid Working West Midlands Real Estate – Core Team Hybrid Working Available I'm working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Real Estate Associate to join its expanding Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to work on high-quality real estate matters within a supportive and collaborative team.
The role includes: Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and property management matters. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentation, including: Leases Agreements for lease Sale contracts Title reports Deeds of variation Ancillary documents Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions. Conducting due diligence and liaising directly with clients.
