For the IB Bern location, we are looking to complement our team by agreement with a Reception, Administration and Infrastructure Staff 60% (Mon/Wed/Fri) As a reliable, warm and service-oriented personality, you shape the first impression of our company in this hub function. Alternating seamlessly with your colleague, you ensure a professional reception of customers and employees, coordinate administrative tasks efficiently and actively support the team with your helpful nature.

Your main tasks: Reception of visitors and management of the telephone switchboard Management of meeting rooms Processing incoming and outgoing mail Management of office supplies Taking on other administrative tasks Support at events in the house What we expect from you: Completed commercial training Experience in reception and front-office activities Confident handling of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Friendly, team- and customer-oriented personality Neat, engaging and confident appearance as the business card of our company Reliable, trustworthy and careful working style Good German skills in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage Willingness to cover holidays Flexibility for short-term replacements (e.g.
