We're looking for a Full time Reception Manager (37.5 hours a week) to work at the practice (shifts 8am-4pm and 10:30-6:30.), Duties will include: Routine Receptionist duties Managing patient queries and complaints Managing the Reception team and the rota Monitoring and logging maintenance jobs for the practice General GP administration to include; o workflowing documents o registering patients o tasks o NHS eRS referrals o QOF, KPIs and enhanced service targets o Ad hoc Job description, Duties will include: Routine Receptionist duties Managing patient queries and complaints Managing the Reception team and the rota Monitoring and logging maintenance jobs for the practice General GP administration to include; o workflowing documents o registering patients o tasks o NHS eRS referrals o QOF, KPIs and enhanced service targets o Ad hoc You will need to have experience managing a team as well as working in an NHS GP practice.
Be a good communicator, fluent in English, written and spoken, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; especially under pressure. And have excellent organisational skills and time management.
