Job duties: Source, screen, and interview job candidates for various positions Match qualified candidates to job openings based on client needs Post job ads on job boards, social media, and other platforms Review resumes and job applications Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Communicate regularly with clients to understand job requirements Help with onboarding tasks like background checks and paperwork Build strong relationships with both clients and job seekers Meet hiring goals and deadlines set by the agency Requirements: Previous experience in recruiting and staffing is required.
Strong communication and people skills Comfortable making phone calls and interviewing candidates Good organization and time management abilities Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Problem-solving and decision-making skills Positive attitude and team-player mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) Prefered Schedule: Sunday-Thurs - 930am-6pm
