Position Summary Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions ranging from entry-level to executive leadership roles. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies and build strong talent pipelines.

Position Details Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $40-$46 Schedule: Monday through Friday Start Date: Immediate Opening Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance Develop and execute recruitment strategies for entry-level through executive-level positions Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs and recruitment processes Review and refine job descriptions to align with business objectives and market demands Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments Present qualified candidates and facilitate interview coordination Negotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience Track recruiting activity and measure effectiveness using recruiting metrics and data analysis Generate regular reports on sourcing, hiring trends, and recruitment performance Participate in recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition projects Systems & Tools Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter Job Boards and Talent Sourcing Platforms Microsoft Office Suite Recruiting Analytics and Reporting Tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred Experience recruiting for multiple levels of talent, including professional and leadership positions Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate management abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies Analytical mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and reporting outcomes Strong organizational and project management skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.If you would like to complete our voluntary self-identification form, please click here or copy and paste the following link into an open window in your browser: https://jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com/eeoc/Completion of this form is voluntary and will not affect your opportunity for employment, or the terms or conditions of your employment.
