Recruitment Assistant

The Recruitment Assistant plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing efficient, responsive, and customer-focused administrative support. The post holder will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and services, ensuring candidates, managers, and stakeholders receive a professional and effective service. The role is responsible for undertaking a wide range of recruitment administration duties, including managing face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and supporting recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to appointment.

The Recruitment Assistant will provide operational support to the Trust's centralised recruitment programmes, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in compliance with organisational policies and procedures. This is a fixed-term position for 8 months with short term funding, established to provide dedicated support for a specific project.
