De Warenne Academy are looking to appoint a Reflections Manager to join our academy as soon as possible on a part time, permanent basis., Under the direction of senior staff, as the Reflections Manager you will co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising their standards of behaviour for learning., The class of 2025 left our Academy with fantastic results; 54% of students gaining a grade 5 or above in both English and maths, which is the highest attainment in the history of the Academy and making it one of the highest attaining schools in Doncaster.
We offer a broad and balanced curriculum, with academic, vocational and technical subjects offered to all our students and we deliver a rich and varied personal development curriculum. We offer a wide range of enrichment activities in order to unearth a variety of strengths and talent, which we strongly encourage students to take part in. We also take learning beyond the classroom with events and educational visits running throughout the year.
We serve the villages of Conisbrough and Denaby Main, situated between Doncaster and Rotherham. We are a small but oversubscribed academy, with over 750 students on roll, and we pride ourselves on knowing our students well and doing our best to ensure everyone fulfils their potential. We benefit from having a recently built academy situated in spacious grounds with excellent facilities including a recently built 3g astroturf pitch.
