Registered Nurse: Lead Patient Care Team

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess care needs, develop and evaluate care programmes, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team with limited supervision and may supervise students and junior staff. The role requires post-registration experience and the ability to adapt to ward/department needs, with opportunities to support in leadership and coverage as required.
