Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC/SNF Location West Union, IA | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility environment Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and well-being Document patient status, care provided, and any changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner Required Qualifications Active RN (Registered Nurse) license valid in the state of Iowa Current BLS/CPR certification Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel or contract nursing experience Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and care protocols Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Why Join Us Expected 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight- to ten-hour shifts, providing a consistent and structured schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a long-term care community serving a dedicated resident population
