Job Title Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Location Pagosa Springs, CO | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract (13 Weeks) | Day Shift | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes Document resident status, care provided, and changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact license that permits practice in Colorado Current BLS/CPR certification Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel or contract nursing experience Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC/SNF settings Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced care environment Why Join Us Expected weekly hours of 36–48 hours, offering consistent and stable work throughout the contract period ASAP start available for qualified candidates ready to make an immediate impact
