Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC/SNF Location Auburn, NE | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | 12-Week Assignment | 8-Hour Rotating Shifts | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting Cover rotating shifts including days (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and evenings (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) Participate in every-other-weekend rotation and holiday rotation coverage Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska or a compact state license with Nebraska privileges Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and evenings Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel or contract nursing experience Familiarity with LTC/SNF documentation and care protocols Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care environment Why Join Us Expected 40 hours per week with overtime potentially available for qualified candidates Immediate start available for the right candidate — begin making an impact right away
