Job Title Registered Nurse – NICU Location Charlottesville, VA Schedule / Job Type Contract | 26 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | 36 or 48 hours per week accepted | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting, monitoring and supporting the health and development of neonatal patients Administer infant-driven feeding protocols in accordance with Dr.

Brown's Infant Driven Feeding certification standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR Float within scope of practice to other units as operationally needed Adhere to scheduling requirements, including 3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period and 2 of 3 winter holidays Required Qualifications Active Virginia RN license (pending license accepted; must be in hand by the Wednesday before start date) BLS certification required and must be current at time of submission NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required and must be in hand at time of submission Dr.
