The North CMHT supports communities across North Warwickshire and Rugby from bases in Nuneaton and Rugby. You will undertake assessments and deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions that support recovery and help individuals achieve meaningful goals. We are particularly interested in clinicians with an interest in trauma-informed care and supporting people experiencing emotional dysregulation, distress tolerance difficulties, and complex psychological needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialist expertise while making a real difference.

Many of the people we support have co-existing neurodevelopmental conditions. We value clinicians who can adapt their approach to meet individual needs and provide inclusive, compassionate care. We have two bases, one in Nuneaton and the other in Rugby and although you would be based in a particular location for expenses purposes, you are part of one large team, and you will get the opportunity to work across both localities with different colleagues. This would be an ideal opportunity for a clinician who would be interested in developing their skills of managing a caseload and providing clinical interventions in an established and forward-thinking team.
