Regulatory Associate | British Virgin Islands We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading offshore law firm in the BVI , who are looking to add an Associate with strong regulatory experience to their team. The role will involve advising a broad range of international clients on BVI regulatory matters , with a particular focus on the investment funds and financial services sectors . You will have the opportunity to work on: • Fund regulation and investment funds matters • Financial services regulation and compliance • Licensing and regulatory applications • Regulatory aspects of corporate and transactional matters • Advising funds, investment managers and other financial services clients • Complex, cross-border regulatory matters This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded offshore practice , working with leading international clients and developing your expertise across funds and financial services regulation .
