Job Vacancy: REINFORCING IRON WORKER (TITP) Employer/Company: Oasis Cooperative Society DMW Accreditation No.: 10346746 Job Location: Japan Oasis Cooperative Society is seeking qualified and hardworking Reinforcing Iron Workers under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) to work in Japan. The successful candidates will assist with reinforcing steel work for construction projects, including cutting, bending, positioning, tying, and securing reinforcing bars according to plans, measurements, and workplace safety standards.

REINFORCING IRON WORKER (TITP) Qualifications: Male, 20–28 years old. At least High School Graduate. Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience. Physically and emotionally healthy and capable of performing construction-related work. Willing to perform physically demanding tasks involving lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and working at construction sites. Able to follow instructions, measurements, drawings, and workplace procedures.

Willing to learn Japanese construction methods and reinforcing iron work techniques. Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and safety-conscious. Able to work effectively as part of a construction team. Willing to undergo four (4) months of Japanese language training, free of charge. Responsibilities: Prepare and handle reinforcing steel bars and related construction materials. Measure, cut, bend, and shape reinforcing bars according to required specifications.

Install and position reinforcing bars for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other concrete structures. Tie and secure reinforcing bars using appropriate tools and techniques. Follow construction drawings, measurements, layouts, and instructions from supervisors. Assist skilled workers in preparing and assembling reinforcement structures. Check the proper spacing, alignment, size, and positioning of reinforcing steel before concrete placement.

Transport and organize reinforcing bars, tools, and materials at the worksite. Operate basic hand tools and equipment used in reinforcing iron work safely and properly. Assist in preparing work areas and maintaining an organized construction site. Follow proper procedures for lifting, carrying, cutting, bending, and handling heavy steel materials. Inspect materials and completed reinforcement work for accuracy and quality.

Correct or report improperly positioned or secured reinforcing bars as instructed. Follow workplace safety rules, construction procedures, and instructions from supervisors. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area. Work cooperatively with other construction workers and members of the site team. Perform other reinforcing iron work and construction-related duties as assigned.
