Want a role where no two shifts are the same? As a Relief Support Worker, you'll step into all kinds of situations, from supporting someone settling in for the first time to encouraging daily routines or celebrating personal goals. You'll bring calm, confidence and care to people who need it most, right when they need it. This role provides cover across all three Adult Care Services in Inverness, Nevis House, Cale House and Beechwood House, giving you the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and support a range of individuals.

As we do our work in Christ’s name you must be respectful of our Christian Ethos and be able to work within it. This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
