We're looking for a Senior Repairs Supervisor to join our growing WPS business in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused leader to oversee a high-performing team delivering responsive repairs, voids, disrepair and planned works services across residential housing contracts. You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, achieving key performance targets, maintaining exceptional health and safety standards, and ensuring customers receive a first-class service every day.

This role also offers a clear pathway for future progression into Contract Manager or Operations Manager positions. What You'll Be Doing As Senior Repairs Supervisor, you will: Lead and manage a team of supervisors, administrators, operatives and subcontractors Support the Project Lead and provide leadership across the contract in their absence Ensure repairs, voids, disrepair and planned works are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed KPIs Drive operational performance through effective planning, resource management and quality assurance Build strong relationships with clients and attend contract performance review meetings Monitor and improve productivity, customer satisfaction and commercial performance Conduct regular quality inspections, pre and post works checks and compliance audits Lead team development through coaching, performance reviews, training and toolbox talks Ensure all health, safety and compliance requirements are consistently met Investigate complaints, resolve issues and drive a culture of continuous improvement Are you an experienced leader within the housing, property maintenance or repairs sector looking for your next challenge?, We're keen to hear from candidates who have: Strong leadership and people management experience within housing repairs, property maintenance or property management Previous experience managing supervisors, operatives and subcontractors A solid understanding of social housing maintenance, responsive repairs, voids and planned works Excellent knowledge of housing maintenance legislation and industry best practices Experience working within KPI-driven service delivery environments Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of contract performance Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills The confidence to lead teams, make decisions and drive performance improvements Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, SSSTS or SMSTS (Mandatory)
