✅ 2–4 years' experience in an accounting or financial reporting environment. ✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. ✅ Experience with reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial analysis. ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. ✅ Experience with accounting/ERP systems. ✅ Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
