Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Position Summary The Reporting & BI Analyst develops recurring and ad hoc analytical products supporting lender-performance monitoring, portfolio oversight, credit-risk analysis, and executive reporting. This position performs data analysis, validates reporting outputs, develops KPIs, and provides decision-support insights to stakeholders. This position is hybrid and reports to the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting products. Analyze lender performance, portfolio trends, peer-group comparisons, and emerging risks. Develop reporting methodologies, KPIs, and analytical frameworks. Validate calculations, transformations, business rules, and reporting outputs. Prepare executive briefings and analytical summaries. Support data quality management, reconciliations, and performance monitoring.

Coordinate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and analytical products. Maintain reporting documentation, production schedules, and reporting inventories. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field. 6-9 Years of applicable experience is required Technical Skills SQL and advanced data analysis.

Tableau dashboard development and reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel. Data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. AWS Glue and ETL processing. AWS Cloud and Amazon S3 data environments. Statistical analysis and trend modeling. Data visualization and reporting automation tools. Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets. Preferred Experience SBA 7(a), 504, lender oversight, or loan-servicing programs.

Credit-risk analysis, lender monitoring, and portfolio management. ETRAN, ELIPS, CAFS, Experian, S&P financial datasets, or comparable financial-services data environments.
