Reservation & Service Centre Agent (all genders)

You are an organisational talent with a passion for hospitality and want to work at our digital reception? Then we are looking for you as an experienced professional for our hotel reservation! Your mission with us: You process and monitor all incoming reservation requests by phone, email, via OTA platforms and direct bookings. You coordinate between our digital reception with our partner businesses as well as our internal housekeeping and commercial team to ensure smooth guest service.

You enter reservations accurately, update and check them in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS). You monitor room availability and group allocations. You handle guest complaints related to reservations and resolve issues professionally and promptly. You process complex written enquiries and special cases. You support our guests by phone with check-in problems. Your qualities that inspire us: You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ in the hotel-gastro-tourism sector or as a hotel communication specialist EFZ.

You have initial experience in hotel reservation. You have knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g. Apaleo or similar PMS). You are familiar with Microsoft Office as well as working with OTA extranets such as Booking.com or Expedia. You impress with a professional telephone manner and a strong sense of genuine hospitality – even without direct contact. You bring flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours and on weekends.

Very good German and English skills are a matter of course for you; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
