From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a for the Residential Home Sonne in Rehetobel Residential Group Leader 80 - 100% Group Pluto Your tasks: Active participation in all areas of the residential group (care, nursing and leisure activities) Support, promotion and care of adults with autism spectrum disorder and behavioural difficulties Responsibility for the daily routine and development opportunities of the residents Administrative and personnel management of a team of around eight employees Collaboration with relatives and professionals Support for trainees and interns Participation in project and working groups What you bring: Completed training, preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative/psychiatric nursing or in the nursing sector Leadership experience in the social or nursing sector Resilience and organisational skills in demanding situations Flexibility and humour Team- and solution-oriented working style Exchange and networking within the management Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts Attractive working conditions (e.g.
