Job Title Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics Location Medford, OR | Short Term Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Weekends as needed | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy services within a short-term acute care setting Perform neuro diagnostics and respiratory assessments as assigned Operate within variable patient ratios across assigned units Chart and document patient care using Epic Participate in holiday coverage — expected to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed Required Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist Valid state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submission Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms (locals within 50 miles may be considered at an adjusted rate) 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start Background must be clear — facility does not accept background hits Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a short-term acute care hospital environment Familiarity with Epic charting system Experience with neuro diagnostics in addition to core respiratory therapy duties Why Join Us Day shift schedule with no on-call requirement and no position floating within the contracted facility Parking available at no cost, with scrubs provided for applicable care areas
