The Eden Resorts & Suites is accepting resumes for the position of Bistro & Beverage Manager of their Bistro 2two2. One of Lancaster’s best restaurants, the Bistro caters to diners who enjoy the relaxed, fun atmosphere of a gastropub while appreciating a quality meal. It features an open flame pizza oven, an expansive bar, outdoor patio seating (seasonal), and much more. The Eden Resort & Suites offers a collection of unique and upscale guest rooms and suites, unsurpassed on-site recreational facilities, and an exceptional staff ready to meet guests' needs.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring overall effective operations of Bisto 2two2, including adherence to all health regulations and liquor laws. Strategic leadership skills are required to drive revenue, maximize profit, and ensure quality.

Accountable for management of assigned supervisors and staff to ensure achievement of overall results, guest satisfaction, and positive team member relations. Qualifications: Experience in managing bistro and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Ability to develop and manage budgets, with a keen eye for cost control and financial forecasting. Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Strong understanding of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, ensuring compliance at all times. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with other departments and attend weekly meetings. Ability to revise and implement standards and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Experience in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities: Lead and inspire our bistro and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to our high standards of quality and hospitality. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings that delight our guests and enhance our brand. Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive revenue growth in our bistro and beverage services. The position includes nights, weekends, and holidays—closing responsibility 2-3 nights each week.
