The role is suited to a dynamic hospitality professional who can deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead high-performing teams, and maintain luxury service standards. Candidates with previous Dubai/UAE experience and backgrounds in premium standalone restaurants are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team Maintain consistently high service and hospitality standards Manage floor operations, service flow, and guest experience Build relationships with VIPs, regular guests, and key clientele Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally Support recruitment, onboarding, and team training Manage staff scheduling, performance, and productivity Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and senior management teams Monitor costs, operational efficiency, and restaurant KPIs Support operational preparation and team development ahead of the restaurant launch Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within high-end hospitality Strong background in luxury or premium standalone restaurants Previous Dubai/UAE experience Pre-opening or new restaurant opening experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of luxury service and guest relations Good knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control Experience leading and developing multicultural teams Hands-on approach with a strong presence on the restaurant floor Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Polished, personable, and passionate approach to hospitality Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, luxury guest service, team leadership, cost control, KPI management, front-of-house operations, and hospitality standards How to Apply Email your CV to [email protected].
