Retail Assistant Manager Designate

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, you'll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you're needed most. It's a great way to meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day. You won't be on the move forever though-this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career. Day to day you'll work alongside the store manager to: Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.

Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
