KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Review demand, booking pace, pickup, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, competitor activity, source markets, airlift and events, and develop clear recommendations on pricing, availability, restrictions, promotions and channel actions. • Implement agreed rate changes, length-of-stay controls, inventory adjustments and other revenue-management controls accurately and promptly. • Serve as principal operational user of the Group’s revenue management system, reviewing its recommendations critically and applying commercial judgement rather than accepting system output automatically.

• Maintain rolling rooms-revenue forecasts, measure forecast accuracy, and support the Commercial Director, General Managers and Finance in the annual budgeting process. • Maintain rate and inventory accuracy, rate parity and channel performance across the PMS, booking engine, channel-management platforms, GDS and OTA extranets. • Conduct displacement analysis for groups, long-stay, wholesale, corporate and other negotiated business, and recommend whether business should be accepted, declined or repriced.

• Maintain current intelligence on competitors, market pricing, availability, promotions, airlift, events and relevant tourism developments, translating findings into recommendations. • Work closely with Reservations, Marketing, Events, Sales, Finance and General Managers to ensure commercial priorities are understood and implemented. • Make extensive use of technology, automation and AI to improve the speed and quality of revenue-management decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Recognised qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Marketing or a related discipline; degree preferred. • Minimum four (4) years’ relevant experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, distribution or commercial analysis. • Previous experience as a Revenue Analyst, Senior Revenue Analyst, Revenue Executive, Cluster Revenue Executive or similar role preferred.

• Demonstrated experience making or developing pricing and inventory recommendations rather than solely producing reports or loading rates. • Strong understanding of hotel pricing, forecasting, booking pace, pickup, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. • Practical experience using a recognised hotel revenue management system, and working knowledge of PMS, channel-management, booking-engine, GDS and OTA distribution environments.

• Strong analytical and Excel capability. • Understanding of leisure, wholesale, tour operator, group, wedding, corporate and direct segments, and of distribution costs, commissions, net revenue and displacement analysis. • Practical experience using automation and AI tools to improve analysis and reporting. • Strong written and verbal communication, and the confidence to make and defend a clear recommendation while remaining open to challenge.

An advantage: multi-property or cluster revenue experience; Caribbean or resort revenue-management experience; luxury, villa or all-inclusive experience; revenue-management certification.
