As a qualified Registered Nurse, your duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. You are also expected to provide mentorship and support to team members, observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided. The environment is busy and requires strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
