In your new role the career progression is clear, as you will have the opportunity to become Risk Manager within a 3-year window allowing you to grow substantially. You will be supporting the current Risk Manager closely as well as local and international colleagues on a variety of engaging roles throughout the business allowing you to develop and gain invaluable skills which will enable you to take your career forward.

This is a hybrid role meaning you have more freedom with your life balance. You will: Provide support to Risk Management. Assist with identifying, assessing and monitoring key business risks. Support Risk assessments, risk mapping and monitoring of risk indicators. Help promote a strong risk culture across the business. Assist with other risk management projects and regulatory requirements as needed.

Skills / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, Finance, Mathematics or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in Risk. Financial service exposure would be a plus Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Health insurance, parking, phone allowance and hybrid work.
